- 主辦單位：台灣泌尿科醫學會 (TUA)、台灣尿失禁防治協會 (TCS)
- 教育積分：泌尿科醫學會、護理師/士、專科護理師積分申請中
- 說明：
- (一)本課程台灣尿失禁防治協會會員及非會員均免收報名費用。
- (二)非台灣尿失禁防治協會會員可報名上課簽學分但不得參加認證考試。
- (三)參加認證考試者需為台灣尿失禁防治協會會員（會員資格說明：依據協會章程規定連續兩年未繳會費，即視為自動退會，無繳交會費之網路會員亦不符合認證資格。）
